Downtown Now! is a non profit organization created to finalize and implement the Downtown Development Action Plan. It is a team of public and private sector representatives and organizations dedicated to the revitalization of downtown St. Louis. The overarching purpose of the Plan is to create an environment that is attractive to lenders, investors, business owners and residents and provide and investment strategy that combines physical, market, economic, and political actions to reverse the trend of disinvestment and shape a new vision for the Downtown’s future.
